The office just ordered a new notebook as replacement for the Dell Inspiron 8600 I currently use. It’s a “Dell Inspiron 9400 – Senator Class” notebook with the following specs:

– 2048MB Dual-Channel DDR2 RAM
– 160GB SATA Harddisc (5400 U/min)
– 256MB ATI RadeOn Mobility X1400 PCIe 16x Hypermemory
– 8x DVD+/-RW Drive
– 17″ UltraSharp WideScreen WUXGA (1920×1200) Display
– Battery with 9cells and 80Wh, WLan, etc.
Quite a nice and powerful machine. Hopefully it’ll fit into my current notebook bag.
