Blogging Wii stuff with the DSlite rocks. But well. Back to the important stuff: Some useful stuff for the Nintendo Wii is the Wii Media Center X, a streaming server for the Nintendo Wii by Red Kawa. You can stream videos, music and pictures from your PC to the Wii. Also Wii Video 9 can be downloaded there. It is a useful videoconverter that converts almost any video into the format playable on the Wii. Check it out. Quite nice stuff. BTW: The Wii Media Center X needs the current Java runtime environment and the Wii Video 9 needs the .NET runtime environment. Both are downloaded automatically when the installation process is started. Please keep in mind that the whole stuff is rather new, so it’s far from perfectly working. But a good step into the right direction.
