To cut the long story short. The court of Darmstadt/Germany declared the storage of the flatrate-surfer’s IPs for 80 days as illegal. T-Online will surely lodge an appeal at the higher court, but hopefully they also will see the truth that the storage of the IPs is absolutely not necessary for any terms of billing the flatrate customers.
