Yeah. I finally entered my two weeks of holidays and I really need this one. Secondly I received my new notebook right in time. What to say? Nice display. Nice overall look and a pretty good performance. I’m fully satisfied. I’ve also seen some movies I liked. First up I’ve seen Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End (IMDB). Quite ok. The usual suspects: Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and (sorry) boring Keira Knightley. Did the usual good jobs and also the special effects are nice to look at. Best performance is done by Johnny Depp. That’s just the perfect role for him. Overall it’s a nice end for the trilogy but like the most sequels it lacks the surprises. Nevertheless I was well entertained. It deserves 8 out of 10. And I’ve also already had the luck to see Shrek the Third (IMDB). A nice animation movie with the usual Shrek quality. But to be honest the first two parts were better in my opinion. Nevertheless they’re big fun to watch and have some good laughs. Puss is just plain cool. I give this sequel (with a little bonus as I’m a Shrek fan): 8.5 out of 10.
