One of the minor flaws …

… of Google’s Chrome is the management of the cache files (also called temporary internet files). You’re allowed to clear the cache, but if you want to save one of the files contained in the cache of the browser it is rather complicated.

Today I got the request of a customer who needs to save certain files from the Chrome cache directory. Well. Using search engines is not really rocket science and therefore I fastly found ChromeCacheView, a small utility that allows you to browse and save the files quite comfortably. It’s easy to use and works really well.

And don’t forget: If you like it and use it more often, consider donating to the author as it is a freeware application.
