This evening we decided to cook calamares – croatian style. We bought four of these little fellows (Overall family: squid). I gutted them, took off the skin and cutted off the feet. Then I took a pan, gave in some olive oil extra vergine, a sliced garlic, parsley, chives and let this mixture heat up like hell. I then added some more spices and when it was ready I fried the calamares for around 3 minutes on each side in it. Ready. Served them to my girlfriend on a plate together with some bread and lemon slices. Oh boy. That was sooooooo delicious!
