Some days ago I went to see “The Dark Knight rises” (IMDB), the last episode in the Dark Knight saga. With this movie the most current re-design of the Batman story ends in a worthy manner. Christian Bale plays Batman for another time and also Gary Oldman is back again to play Commissioner Gordon. Also Morgan Freeman returns as Fox and Michael Caine as Alfred. Anne Hathaway plays sexy Selina, a professional thief and a kind of Batgirl and I have to admit with this role she really lifted herself into the league of actresses I really admire. The plot was well told, but sometimes a bit lengthy. The production design was at the usual Dark Knight level.
Conclusion: I liked how the saga ends and award this one with 8.5 out of 10.
